Arema host Bali United as Persib face Isenmulang in week 8
With more than 10 years of experience in online marketing, five of them focused on the gaming affiliate sector, Martins Lasmanis is a true expert in his field. His vision today is to build the largest lead-generation company in the world. Luckily, we have the perfect team to make that dream come true!
Alongside Dewa United against Persija, week 8 of the 2026/2027 BRI Super League features Arema FC against Bali United at the Kanjuruhan Stadium on Saturday, 31 October, at 3.30pm Western Indonesia Time. A day later, Persib Bandung host Isenmulang Kalteng FC on Sunday, 1 November, at 3.30pm Western Indonesia Time.
Arema go into the game on the back of a 4-0 win over Dewa United on Sunday, 25 October. Careca scored twice, while Samuel Otusanya and Julian Guevara added the other goals. The win came under interim coach Andre Caldas, who replaced Marcos Santos.
Caldas is wary of player fatigue caused by the packed schedule. Matheus Blade felt a physical problem against Dewa United, and Caldas stressed that his team must be careful in situations like this.
Arema now have 9 points and sit 10th. Bali United are third on 13 points, after being held to a 1-1 draw by Persita Tangerang in week seven.
Persib are also on 13 points, in fourth. Igor Tolic's side beat Melbourne Victory 2-0 in the AFC Champions League Two on Wednesday, 28 October, through two goals from Balsa Sekulic, and lead Group E with 9 points from three games. Their opponents, Isenmulang Kalteng FC, are 16th with 3 points.
At the top of the table, Persija have 18 points, four ahead of Dewa United. Persib want to use the home game against Isenmulang to keep the pressure on those two leading sides.
